Best Post Office® Branch Awards 2006 – Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees or agents of Post Office Ltd or Royal Mail Group plc or any of its businesses, their families or anyone connected with the Best Post Office® Branch Awards 2006.
  2. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these rules.
  3. Only one entry per person will be accepted. All complete valid entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
  4. Voting forms need to be completed and posted in the competition posting box at your Post Office® branch by 5.30pm on 1/09/06 (closing date).
  5. Prize winning entries will be draw on 29/9/06.
  6. There are nine regional prize draws – the exact name of each region is available on request.
  7. The winner of each prize draw will be the first entry drawn at random from all the complete valid entries received for that region by the closing date.
  8. The winner of each prize draw will receive £500 in postal orders. There are no alternatives to the prizes.
  9. The results of each draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Prize winners will be notified within 28 days of the prize draw.
  11. No purchase necessary.
  12. Prize winners may be required to participate in publicity.
  13. No responsibility will be taken for lost or mislaid entries.
  14. Damaged or defaced entries will be disqualified.
  15. A list of winners are available on request for a period of six weeks after the prize draw by writing, enclosing a stamp addressed envelope to Best Post Office® prize draw winners, FREEPOST NATE 1295, Mansfield NG18 4WR
